Clay, Clinton, Cooper, Daviess, De Kalb, Gentry, Grundy, Harrison,
Holt, Howard, Jackson, Johnson MO, Lafayette, Linn MO, Livingston,
Macon, Mercer, Nodaway, Pettis, Platte, Putnam, Randolph, Ray,
